Oh Boy… what do i say about this place and the host. You have to experience it What a beautiful art work this place has to offer, equipped with everything to can imagine, living experience here is unforgettable. Every corner of this place has a history and a story behind. No wonder it took so many years to built this artistic place by the host so passionately. In the hearts heart of Montreal… if your looking for walking distance Montreal attractions, search no where else. What a warm welcome JF has given, The host JF is literally bibble of Montreal, he guides you according to your mood and taste. I wont be surprised if he becomes the next M.P of Montreal Provincial Parliment, Hahaha… but seriously JF is an amazing guy who would help you by going two steps ahead. He is respectful and very considerate, loved chatting with him. Overall as i said, a lifetime experience. Not going anywhere else when it comes to Montreal again. Seriously this place is a blessing to Airbnb…

The legend is true! Jean-Francois has gone above and beyond our expectations as a host. We never expected to be treated like family and that’s how we were received. This place is truely magnificant and the years of culminating and procuring all of the unique items was spectacular to see. There are so many fine details to this location that the pictures just don’t justify. Our stay was very comfortable with plenty of room to lounge and relax. The location of Jean-Francois’ place was icing on the cake. There is every amenity you could think of within walking distance! I would 100% recommend this pad to anyone looking to stay in the most unique place in Montreal. If you’re ever lucky enough to stay at this place and meet Jean-Francois, it will definitely be a great experience. Cheers to JFD!!

JF was a great host and went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and knew our way around. One evening after 10, we couldn’t find a place to park and he immediately returned my text and came up with a solution for us. We use AirBNB a lot and JF is definitely one of the best hosts we have ever had. My wife and two kids (12 and 14) LOVED JF’s eclectic loft. It is a really cool place.

This is the best you’ll find! Perfect location, incredible loft, and Jean-Francois is the best host in Montreal. The place was entirely designed and decorated by JF including some of the furniture which he built. It was clean and was very comfortable to lounge around in for that afternoon nap. However, JF is what made the experience extraordinary. He has a lifetime of experience in this amazing city which he happily shared. I can’t recommend this one enough.

Jean-François was a fantastic host and has a fantastic loft. Don’t believe the pictures, it is even bigger and better than it seems. Six of us stayed comfortably and had plenty of space to sleep, cook, eat, and hang out. Jean-François was incredibly accommodating. He greeted us with beers, helped us find convenient street parking, and offered up recommendations on stores, bars, and restaurants. This is a very special place that has been curated for many years and has a lot of hard work done, and shows it. Between the art, the hammock, the tub with the fuzzy carpet ceiling, the lighting/sound system, or the airplane seats, this place is one of a kind and you should not plan to stay here without planning on treating the space with respect. We were right in the center of the action and it was convenient to bars, cafes, restaurants, and even a grocery store if you want to cook or grill in the apartment. If you want to adventure around Montreal, it is close to downtown and public transportation. This apartment and Jean-François made our first trip to Montreal one to remember and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very cool place to stay in Montreal.

My husband and 2 sons stayed at JF’s loft on a recent trip to Montreal and highly recommend his place as a top choice. The location was perfect, in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood within walking/biking distance of places we wanted to visit. As another reviewer said, there are tons or restaurants, bars, cafes in the area of the loft and we were able to get an amazing feel of the city from his location. The loft itself is comfortable, spacious and very cool to see, let alone live in for a few days! JF was incredibly helpful and responsive both before and during our trip when needed. He was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. JF also helped with suggestions on where to go and clearly puts a lot of thought into the details required to make sure things run smoothly for guests. We loved Montreal and our stay at his place and give it the highest recommendation. Thanks again JF.

Jean-François was a first class host and his place is beyond compare. We were a group of 6 guys visiting Montreal for the first time and had a great experience. Even with our last minute booking, Jean-François was able to secure us a parking spot and offer multiple suggestions on places to visit during our stay. He was easy to contact via airbnb messaging and cellular phone before and during the duration of our stay. He even was a good enough sport to help pull a hilarious prank on our bachelor. We all left Montreal impressed by the time Jean-François took to make us feel welcome and at home. He puts the same attention and care in making sure his guests enjoy their experience as he has in decorating, styling and molding his amazing loft. I highly recommend this airbnb rental.

Jean-Francois has created a masterpiece, hidden away in the heart of Montreal. The space is breath taking, and more spacious than the pictures. He greeted us warmly, promptly offered cold beer while suggesting some great city and neighbourhood highlights. He was not a bother throughout the weekend and reconnected at the agreed checkout time. No complaints to be made at all, completely surpassed our expectations. It was an important weekend, and this apartment was a perfect fit. Thanks for everything Jean-Francois!
